Nor Cal was founded by world class surfer Shawn Rhodes and Greg Savin on the principles of delivering the best products and services with the highest level of customer service possible. For over 18 years Shawn Rhodes and Greg Savin have operated a surf shop in Pacifica, California where they sold boardsports products and lessons. In November of 2007 Jeff Kafka joined his Wind over Water company with Nor Cal. Jeff brings a world recognized name in the sports of kite surfing and snow kiting.
